Have you ever loved someone?
The joy, the thrill, the trust, the commitment, the genuine care, the freedom, the togetherness, the emotional unity.
If you’ve ever been there, or if you’ve seen others live and embody love as we refer to it, then you understand what I mean. It is a beautiful thing to experience and to watch as it unfolds.
Today, however, I just want to reflect on a love that is even deeper, more genuine, more sincere, more liberating and more powerful – the love of God.

God’s love is a beautiful thing to focus on.
There is no better and sweeter point of focus than steady, consistent attention to the free, rich, powerful, unlimited, unwavering, and beautiful love God has for you.
We can hardly wrap our minds fully around it. God’s love is literally all-encompassing. It’s the kind of love that protects, that never forgets and that has the power to fulfill every single possible need that you can imagine.
Your inner spiritual growth and maturity relies on the sincere belief that:
1. God’s love will never run out; it will never stop; it will never change and it will never fail.
2. You are a product of God’s love – thoughtfully and wonderfully made based on his sovereign will and purpose, which you were created to fulfill on earth.
3. You are always, without exception, connected to his power and his divine love.
4. You are a beneficiary of his grace and his lov
e, and you can freely and confidently seek him at any time.
This is one of the best ways that I have found to truly feel centered in this fast-moving, dynamic world. A world that can toss you around like a frisbee with changing circumstances, people, and interactions.
There is always that powerful constant- no matter what is happening around you in this season: God’s love for you is – and will always remain - faithful, unchanging, sincere and most of all – powerful.
To truly focus on your purpose, to do the work you were created to do, and to serve with excellence and optimism, you must ensure that you KNOW and BELIEVE in the love of God.
Here are three of my favorite bible scriptures attest to the beauty of God’s love and our connection to its power:
Ephesians 3: 14 – 21 – A Prayer for Spiritual Growth
“… I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit.
Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong.
And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully.
Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen.”
(New Living Translation)
Lamentations 3: 21 – 25– God’s Faithful Love
But this I call to mind, and therefore I have hope:
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; Great is thy faithfulness!
“The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “therefore I will hope in him.”
The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul that seeks him. “

Nothing Can Separate Us From God’s Love – Romans 8: 38 -39
“And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries

about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
(New Living Translation)
Going forward, let us focus on God’s love as our daily anchor to keep us firmly grounded and to fully embrace his power at work through us.
Thanks for reading! Be blessed.
